In a letter addressed to the Beloit City Council August 15, 2007, I suggested an amendment to Ordinance 1836 that would "take the sting out of the politics of enforcement and improve the beauty of the city and the value of the properties within the city." Please note the correct date of "Killing Spree" should read JULY 20, 2005, not 2-20-05 as published in the following advertisement.
